We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at The Europa Hotel. Located near Gatwick Airport in Crawley, our 246-room hotel offers excellent public transportation links to nearby towns like Horsham and Horley.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
- Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
- Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
- Looking after any guest requests
- Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
- Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
- Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas and supporting general cleaning duties throughout the night shift.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong computer literacy and working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
