We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Our hotel is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing, producing, and presenting meals to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
