We have an exciting new vacancy for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone. This superbly located 481 room hotel is based on the seafront, overlooking Folkestone's picturesque harbour and just a short walk to local amenities such as Folkestone centre and Folkestone central train station.

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas
  • Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
  • Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff
  • Serving food & beverages to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organised service area

This role would be ideal for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor who is looking for a supervisory position. The successful candidate will be punctual and well-presented, with a friendly approach to providing excellent customer service.
