We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist to join our team at Trecarn Hotel, set in the quaint seaside town of Torquay this 126 room hotel is set slightly back from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, near the idyllic Babbacombe Downs. The hotel boasts beautiful views of the town and the surrounding area of South Devon.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
- Advising guests and visitors of the hotels facilities.
- Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
