We have an exciting new vacancy for a Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport. This 120 Bedroom Victorian Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main Promenade and just a short walk to the nearby shops, train station and Southport Beach.

Your duties will include:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Training and supervising the team
  • Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department
  • Promoting food and beverage facilities
  • Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services
  • Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats
  • Answering telephones and handling guests' and visitors' queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
