We have an exciting new vacancy for a Health Club Manager to join our team at The Britannia Leeds Bradford Airport Hotel, a 137-room hotel with a prime location just 3 miles from the airport. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area from our hotel, which is nestled in 3 acres of landscaped grounds.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing all aspects of the Health Club, ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team leadership, staff development, and seamless rota coordination.
  • Conducting daily audits and walkthrough of the facility, staying fully informed on all operational matters.
  • Organising and leading regular staff meetings, as well as conducting comprehensive staff training sessions.
  • Regularly check club performance and financial reports to track progress, identify opportunities for growth, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Leading and motivating a dedicated team to uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests, taking bookings, and handling payments.
  • Overseeing pool safety and conducting health and safety checks.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, sauna, changing rooms, and gym.
  • Conducting water quality testing to ensure safety and hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Health Club Manager within a hotel or leisure facility. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and the capability to oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest experience.
