We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at BH House, the Head Office of Britannia Hotels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, together with excellent communication skills.

Your duties will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of approximately 20-30 HR cases, including workplace investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances and employee relations.
