Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Construction Design Manager to oversee and coordinate building projects and hotel refurbishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Experience delivering retail, hospitality or commercial projects is highly desirable.

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, through to handover.
