We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference & Banqueting Sales Manager to join our team at The Leeds Bradford, the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms and provide a 24-hour Reception service for those late-night arrivals.

Your duties will include:
- Showcase a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies with a heavy focus on corporate meetings and events.
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent Hotel in various events and exhibitions.
- Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients.
- Provide quick and timely responses to enquiries and develop professional long-term business relationships.
- Support the hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
The successful candidate will be experienced in hotel sales and have supervisory experience. They will approach tasks with a can-do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. This is a busy office and experience in Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud will be advantageous.
