We have an exciting new vacancy for a Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Clifton, a family-friendly seaside hotel with 85 rooms. Located on the seafront and close to the town centre, our hotel is perfect for coach tours and events. With excellent public transportation links, our hotel is easily accessible for guests and employees.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast for our guests
- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties
- Accepting deliveries and arranging stock rotation
- Ensuring orders are placed whilst monitoring stock levels
- Keeping all kitchen stores and fridges clean
- Supporting the kitchen team in quieter periods
