We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Executive to join our team at Britannia Hotels central office, home to several key departments. Conveniently situated in the heart of Trafford Park, our office boasts excellent transport links. With tram stops just a short walk away and easy access to the M60, commuting is hassle-free.

About the Role
As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials and in-hotel displays align with our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across print, email, social media, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines across digital and print formats.
  • Work closely with hotel teams to ensure on-site branding meets company standards.
  • Support the marketing team in developing creative assets that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Assist in creating templates and toolkits for internal teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Liaise with the design team and print suppliers to ensure high-quality branded materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns by ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular brand audits across digital and physical materials.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies in branding and messaging.
  • Report on brand compliance and suggest improvements where needed.

Essential:

  • Experience in a branding, marketing, or a design-related role.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site businesses.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
