We're seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and close to towns like Aviemore. We also offer staff accommodation, making it an ideal workplace for those seeking work away from the large cities.
Please note: This position is seasonal to begin with (currently anticipated until the end of October, subject to confirmation) with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus
- Adhering to our stock control procedures
- Working effectively as part of a busy team
- Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
