Your duties will include: Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service. Being familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell. Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events. Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift. Assisting with service during busy periods including serving food and drinks, clearing tables and keeping all areas in top condition.
