About the role

This position joins our UK Dispenser Marketing Team at the intersection of strategy and execution. As a seasoned generalist, you will systematically help translate the company’s transformational growth targets into compelling campaigns, intuitive processes, and winning value propositions that secure customer loyalty and competitive advantage. Closely aligned with the Marketing Director and our sales team, you will employ established and emerging tools to engage customer prospects across a variety of market sectors, including corporate offices, high-end hotels, architecture and design firms, reseller organisations, and healthcare facilities. This is a position that requires a confident self-starter who knows enough about the discipline to tackle a dynamic workload independently, and enough about themselves to seek help and collaboration on larger projects. This is an exciting time to join BRITA as the company embarks on a new 5-year strategy that will propel it even further into its leadership position in sustainable hydration solutions for business, while affording each team member countless "I made a real difference today" moments. This is a hybrid role based at our Bicester office, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

To be successful in this role

  • You’ll be an experienced marketeer with a successful track record in B2B marketing and a love of both strategy and execution.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable identifying and supporting the needs of the internal commercial teams, while also briefing and working with external partners.
  • You have a truly commercial mindset and are used to taking ownership of annual plans and making sure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Having a functional grasp of cost management and a general aptitude for reading a P&L will be preferred skills.
  • Being a great collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills is going to be at the heart of the job, as will exhibiting proactivity to get things done.
  • Managing priorities, being adaptable and concentrating your effort where it is most effective are going to make the difference in this role, and to us as we continue to grow and develop.

What’s in it for you?

  • Annual salary of £54,000 - £60,000 plus Car Allowance (£7,200) plus bonuses of approximately 16%
  • 23 days leave per annum + bank holidays (increases with service)
