This range is provided by BRITA Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range Annual salary of £48,000 - £53,000 plus bonus of approximately 8%. 23 days leave per annum + bank holidays (increases with service). About the role: This position joins our UK marketing team to create and deliver the marketing strategy for our Professional Filters business. Professional Filters operates in the B2B space, delivering BRITA filtering technology to sectors like catering, coffee shops and hotels and restaurants. You’ll work closely with the sales team to run daily marketing operations, championing the vision for BRITA Professional Filters in the marketplace, ensuring we have the right positioning and differentiation in place to support business objectives.

This is a position with a lot of ownership and autonomy; you’ll be a key partner to the Professional Filter sales director and organisation to deliver on the marketing strategy, working with external partners and sitting within the wider BRITA UK marketing team. The Professional Filters business is developing and growing, so this is a chance to make a real difference in that growth journey as part of a small team that is doing big things. This is a hybrid role based at our Bicester office, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

To be successful in this role: You’ll be an experienced marketeer, with a successful track record in B2B marketing and a love of both strategy and execution. You’ll need to be comfortable briefing and working with external partners, have a truly commercial mindset and be used to taking ownership of activity and making sure it is delivered. Being a great collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills is going to be at the heart of the job, as will be having the proactivity to really get things done. Managing priorities, being adaptable and concentrating your effort where it is most effective are going to make the difference in this role, and to us as we continue to grow and develop.
