About the role

This position joins our UK dispenser business supplying business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. This team has a key role in our customer journey, working in and with our sales teams, as well as with finance and service and other parts of the business to make sure that the detail isn’t missed both before and after the sale completes and make sure that contracts run smoothly. You’ll look after contract generation, renewal and ongoing administration, ensure that the CRM accurately captures and reflects the contracts, and set up and manage ongoing invoicing. You’ll be working both with the customers and cross-functionally to make sure that those customers get a great experience working with BRITA. This is a position for someone who really enjoys working collaboratively. This team is at the heart of our sales organisation, and your attention to detail and follow-through is going to be vital to the success of our sales strategy and business going forwards. This role is based at our head office in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).

To be successful in this role

  • You’ll have good experience in administration, particularly looking after B2B contracts, be used to working at pace, be a good communicator (especially in writing) and have a real flair for organisation.
  • As you’ll be dealing with contracts and billing, you’ll definitely need strong numerical skills to keep on top of the numbers.
  • Experience of working with systems like SAP or CRM packages would be beneficial, but key will be really solid MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • A natural collaborator, you’ll be used to talking to everyone and anyone to keep the sales process and documentation organised and accurate.
  • Being methodical, organised and meticulous about the details are absolutely at the heart of this job.
  • Managing priorities, being adaptable and making sure the right things get done, and that nothing gets missed, is what is going to make the difference in this role and to us as we continue to grow and develop.
