About the role
This role joins our Professional Filter team to be part of delivering great service to our business customers across the hospitality and catering sectors. Working as part of the customer service team, you’ll be talking with existing customers to produce and follow up on quotes for ongoing work such as filter replacements. Ensuring that filter products are replaced when they should be is vital to maintain the quality of filtration that brings people to BRITA, and this position sits right at the heart of making that happen. It’s a role that requires communication, relationship‑building and strong organisation skills to make sure that follow‑ups happen and that customers get the right level of attention.
You’ll be working in partnership with both the sales team and the wider customer service team to make sure that all customers receive the right service for them, and that team targets are achieved throughout the year. This position is based in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).

To be successful in this role
You’ll have experience selling on the phone, ideally to business customers, and be motivated by working towards targets. A great phone manner will be vital, and you’ll be organised and meticulous with a good level of computer literacy (we will train you in the systems you will need to use). Most of all, though, you will need to be proactive and able to prioritise your work effectively, with a drive and desire to succeed. Collaboration and communication are absolutely at the heart of everything we do at BRITA, and this role is no exception as you will be working every day with customers and with multiple teams across BRITA. We are looking for someone who can make a difference as we grow and ensure that we do everything we can to deliver great service to our customers.
