This position joins our UK brand marketing team, leading on the planning, creation and delivery of engaging content across all channels to grow and develop the BRITA brand in the UK. Working with both our Consumer and Professional Filters businesses, you’ll develop full channel content plans and then put together the creative briefs for external partners and suppliers. You’ll be identifying trends in social content and finding the creators we want to work with as part of growing and strengthening the BRITA brand.
This is a position with a lot of ownership and autonomy and you’ll have the freedom and scope to really influence how the BRITA brand grows through content in the UK. The brand is developing and growing, so this is a chance to make a real difference in that growth journey as part of a small team that is doing big things. This is a hybrid role based at our Bicester office, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced marketeer, with a track record of creating content, including identifying, contracting, briefing and managing content delivery with creative partners and influencers. You’ll have knowledge and background in working across various channels, as well as the ideas and drive to make the content plans, as well as execute them. Being a great collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills is going to be at the heart of the job, as will be having the proactivity to really get things done. Managing priorities, being adaptable and concentrating your effort where it is most effective are going to make the difference in this role, and to us as we continue to grow and develop.
What’s in it for you? Annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus of approximately 8% 23 days leave per annum + bank holidays (increases with service) Employee discount + monthly staff allocation for BRITA.
