About the role
This role joins the service delivery team within our UK dispenser business, supporting business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. Our planners are right at the heart of making that business work; they’re the team that plan and coordinate where our engineers are, getting them to the right places at the right times and making sure they have everything they need to get the job done.
You’ll be dealing with engineers and customers daily, keeping on top of our planning tools to make sure that changing priorities and availability is managed and planned for without compromising the customer experience. It’s a role that requires communication, organisation and strong attention to detail, as well as the curiosity and proactivity to problems coming and work with those around you to solve them before they become a reality.
You’ll be working closely with our engineers and technical services teams, as well as the wider customer service teams to make sure that our customers have the best possible experience. This is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave and the position is based in our Bicester office. Our hybrid model involves being in the office 3 days per week.
To be successful in this role
If you’ve got previous planning experience we’d love to hear from you, but it’s not a requirement as long as you’ve got great attention to detail and the right mindset. You’ll be organised and meticulous and have a good level of computer literacy (we will train you in the systems you will need to use) with proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools. Managing priorities, being thorough and having great adaptability are key attributes, as this is a role where things can move fast and a lot is going on. Empathy and resilience are always important in a customer facing role, and this is no exception.
Collaboration and communication are absolutely at the heart of everything we do at BRITA, and we are looking for someone who can make a difference as we grow and ensure that we do everything we can to deliver great service to our customers.
