The BRIT School is seeking a highly organized Deputy SENCo to join our AEN department in Greater London.
You will work closely with the SENCo to shape departmental planning, events, and staff management, ensuring high-quality support for neurodivergent students across academic and artistic programs.
You will lead on admissions screening, access arrangements testing, and the planning of parent events, transitions, and assemblies, fostering a proactive, welcoming culture throughout the department.
