We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Workday).

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product to oversee and optimise the discovery and execution of our product squads, ensuring our Workday roadmap(s) are targeting the correct value in line with our wider strategy. You will support the running of our squads by working with product and delivery managers to encourage and collaborate on best practices for scrum/product delivery, increasing learning and development velocity.
You will have overall accountability for prioritising "what" your team builds and "why" they build it, as well as the responsibility of defining experiments and research approaches that identify user needs and validate the impact. Within this role, you will also analyse data and processes to support the engineers with requirements and work with designers to ensure there is a shared vision for the user experience and that user stories are ready ahead of development starting.
Through strong stakeholder relationships and your experience of the Lloyd's market, you will take full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to requirements gathering and delivery, working within established product delivery frameworks and teams.
