We are looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster (Professional Lines).

What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Claims Adjuster in the Professional Lines team, you’ll handle a mix of standard and complex claims, primarily focusing on US Professional Indemnity and Healthcare Liability. You’ll support reporting on loss ratios, collaborate with underwriters, and work closely with brokers and third parties to resolve claims in line with company strategy and compliance standards. In this role, you’ll apply strategic thinking to negotiate settlements, manage vendors, and contribute to fraud prevention and regulatory interpretation. Your decisions will shape claims processes and support the delivery of team and business objectives.
