What you'll be doing
As an Outsourcing Business Partner, you'll play a key role in ensuring Brit gets the best value from outsourced operations by overseeing service delivery, managing governance routines and supporting efficient collaboration across teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to prepare statements of work, guide service requests from start to finish and review change requirements so everything is clear, complete and aligned with expectations. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to help negotiate commercials when needed so the business achieves strong value. As well as keep new service transitions on track by ensuring training, timelines, reporting and benchmarking plans are clear and comprehensive.
This position will allow you to support regular governance meetings by preparing agendas, reviewing documentation and ensuring actions are followed up. You'll manage monthly reporting and scorecards to help the organisation monitor performance effectively. A key part of this role will also be monitoring service performance across teams, highlight concerns early and help resolve root causes. You'll oversee SLA adherence and recommend updates when needed, as well as help track service credits and support budgeting, forecasting and invoice reconciliation so spend stays aligned to activity. You'll also support procurement activity including due diligence, supplier feedback and contract data capture while building strong working relationships across the organisation.
