What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our actuarial data capabilities.
  • You’ll lead the development of robust, scalable data pipelines and architectures that underpin our analytical work, ensuring they’re built to last and ready to evolve.
  • Working closely with the Head of Analytics Engineering, you’ll help define and deliver the team’s strategy, while also mentoring junior engineers and supporting their growth.
  • You’ll bring a strong technical foundation in Python, SQL and DevOps practices, and you’ll be comfortable navigating the Azure ecosystem.
  • Your work will span everything from maintaining CI/CD pipelines to developing reusable Azure modules that enhance our automation and insight delivery.
  • You’ll also be a key voice in technical forums and design discussions, representing the actuarial engineering perspective and championing simplicity and effectiveness in everything we build.
  • Collaboration will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with actuarial SMEs, product teams and fellow engineers to deliver pragmatic solutions to real business challenges.
  • You’ll help foster a culture of knowledge sharing, inclusivity and innovation, ensuring our team continues to thrive and deliver value across the business.
