Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to departments and assist with the coordination of matters.
  • Assist on pre‑hearing preparation matters, including cross‑referencing and preparing bundles.
  • Prepare, organise and maintain case files.
  • Research and analyze key documents, proofread documents, and conduct document review for relevance and legal privilege.
  • Liaise with representatives from our client and overseas law firms to set up and participate in a series of conference calls in different countries.
  • Take and draft minutes on a weekly basis; update our bespoke database containing privilege information and legal advice for the client.
  • Conduct ad hoc legal research and monitor external databases.

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and communication skills across all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organization skills, with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask with the motivation and work ethic to fit into a dynamic and demanding work environment.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative—self‑motivated, keen to develop, and a good team player.

Compensation: Salary: ÂŁ30,000
