We are looking for a motivated Creative Design Specialist to join the Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) team at Bristows on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, visually engaging marketing materials to enhance the firm’s profile.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager on the evolution and consistent application of the Bristows brand across all channels.
- Produce high-quality design work across presentations, event collateral, reports, digital assets and social content.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and assets that are user‑friendly and brand‑aligned.
- Support and deliver firm‑wide brand training to help colleagues apply the brand consistently.
- Interpret brief, develop creative solutions and advise on visual approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues in BD and digital marketing teams to deliver campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Canva and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Experience with presentation template systems (e.g. PitchPerfect) is desirable.
- Experience delivering design work across marketing campaigns, events and client‑facing materials in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills, and a solid understanding of house style.
- Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work across print and digital.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Collaboration and adaptability to support wider M&BD initiatives.
