About DRP
Part of the Bristow Sutor Group, Debt Recovery Plus (DRP), provides full end‑to‑end services to private parking companies, helping facilitate the continued provision of safe and convenient parking.
The Team And Role
You will be working alongside the back‑office team, predominantly dealing with enquiries relating to outstanding Parking Charge Notices and all associated administration of cases through the case lifecycle.

- Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week

- Location: Office based, Denton
- What You’ll Do
- Deal with written communication from customers and clients.
Review and action accounts accordingly, replying using standard format templates as well as composing bespoke responses.
- Action client requests to cancel or reissue Parking Charge Notices.
- Assist with opening post, scanning documents onto accounts.
- Review and approve car park pictures to confirm contravention.
- Assist with any other duties that are within the scope of the job purpose.
