This is a Lean Delivery Manager role within a growing transformation and operational improvement function at a global insurance business.
The role is focused on helping operational teams improve how they work day to day through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and help drive operational change through to delivery. It’s a hands-on role involving workshop facilitation, process mapping, performance analysis and embedding more effective ways of working across the business.
They’re looking for somebody from a Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement background who is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and enjoys solving operational problems and driving measurable improvements. Some Financial Services or Insurance experience would be beneficial, although deep insurance knowledge isn’t essential.
