We're working with a specialist Oracle consultancy to hire a Digital Business Analyst to support sales and operations led transformation programmes across enterprise clients. This is a delivery focused BA role, centred on understanding how Sales, Services and operational teams work today and helping design more efficient, digitally enabled processes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to run workshops
- Map As-Is and To-Be processes
- Capture requirements and support the implementation of system and process improvements
- Contribute to the design of more efficient, digitally enabled processes in Sales, Services and operations
Qualifications
- Experience across Sales, CRM, Service, Field Services, Contact Centre, Inventory or Supply Chain environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and process analysis skills
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP or Oracle applications is beneficial but not essential
