Change and Process Lead London, Hybrid – 3 days in the office £90,000 - £100,000 This is a Change and Process Lead role within a large, global insurance business where you’ll be playing a key role in the delivery of major business transformation programmes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, Programme Managers, Process Excellence teams and operational leaders, you'll be responsible for ensuring change is effectively understood, communicated and embedded across the business, helping people successfully adopt new processes, technology and ways of working.
You'll lead the change activity across complex transformation programmes, understanding how proposed changes will impact different teams and developing clear plans to support the business through them.
This will include stakeholder engagement, change impact and readiness assessments, communications, training and adoption, as well as identifying potential risks or resistance to change.
You'll work closely with Process and Operational Excellence teams to ensure new processes are properly embedded and track how successfully changes are being adopted across the organisation.
