We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major London Market underwriting transformation programme.
Working at the heart of a large-scale Policy Administration System (PAS) replacement initiative, you will help shape the future of underwriting capabilities across the policy lifecycle.
In this role, you will collaborate with underwriters, operations teams, technology specialists and product leaders to identify opportunities, define product requirements and drive value-focused outcomes.
You will lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, analyse user journeys and support roadmap and backlog prioritisation to ensure business needs are translated into effective platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience within the London Market insurance sector, including strong knowledge of underwriting processes, policy administration systems and Lloyd’s or Company Market environments.
You will be comfortable working within agile delivery teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
