We’re working with a well-established FMCG business who are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of SAP across finance and operational functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring core business processes are effectively supported by SAP and aligned with how the organisation operates day to day.
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Operations to gather requirements, analyse end-to-end processes and translate business needs into clear SAP solution designs. You’ll support SAP initiatives from initial scoping through to testing, data migration and go-live, as well as leading UAT, producing documentation and supporting end-user training.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong SAP experience, ideally across modules such as FICO, SD or MM and a solid understanding of finance and operational processes. You’ll be comfortable working across business and technical teams, managing multiple stakeholders and owning solutions from concept through to delivery.
Experience in FMCG or other process-driven environments would be beneficial, but strong transferable ERP experience is equally welcome.
