We invite applications to apply for the role of Supply Chain Project Coordinator based at our Kintore facility.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Focal point between maintenance and supply chain for base maintenance activities as assigned, with responsibilities varying based on project demands and workload.
- Work with maintenance in ensuring we have accurate DROS (Date Required on Site) for required parts.
- Measure the success of aircraft going through base maintenance, identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of those enhancements.
- Support supply chain projects and initiatives, including new business developments, initiatives and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors to confirm delivery schedules, lead times, and availability of material and communicate updates to necessary departments for effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and chair regularly scheduled meetings to ensure assigned tasks are completed successfully.
- Coordinate vendor and OEM relations regarding partnerships in the development of new aircraft equipment and capabilities.
- Manage and assist with ERP Migration activities as required, including inventory movements, training, etc.
- Convert requisitions to Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
- Understand risk to aircraft maintenance schedule and report issues promptly.
- Coordinate the purchase and provision of aircraft spares to maintain stock levels and satisfy requirements.
- Monitor time change requirements and ensure we have adequate coverage through purchases, PBH and stock.
- Inform the operations daily of an update of the movement of critical parts.
- Liaise with AP to ensure correct and timely payment of invoices.
- Coordinate the return of core returns and repairs within contractually agreed times with the OEMs.
- Ensure GR discrepancies and non-conformances are worked timely and fed back to the relevant teams.
- Any other duties assigned.
