The role is responsible for supporting the efficient operation and continuous improvement of stores and yard activities by managing stock movements, optimizing storage layouts, and maintaining compliance with operational and system standards. This includes coordinating site organization, supporting system readiness, addressing audit and safety findings, and implementing sustainable controls to improve efficiency, and provide support needed for system migrations across multiple locations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate stock movements and consolidation across storage locations
  • Support optimization of storage layouts in support of system migrations
  • Assist with Line Store and facility refurbishment, reset, and organization
  • Support racking, bulk storage, labeling, paperwork verifications, count verifications and physical inventory requirements required for accuracy and in preparation for system upgrade
  • Remove non-compliant stock and improve storage standards
  • Manage scrap, waste clearance, and general yard organization
  • Coordinate temperature-controlled stock handling and relocation
  • Support audit, safety, and HSE action closure
  • Contribute to system readiness activities, including labelling and location alignment
  • Ensure physical storage aligns with system requirements
  • Travel to Bristow bases and locations as required to support system migration and inventory movement efforts

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehousing and inventory control experience preferred
  • Forklift License preferred
  • Holds a valid driving license

Skills:

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 30+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse or yard environment
  • Basic understanding of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to support a range of manual tasks and changing priorities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
  • Good computer skills with demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems
