The predicted salary is between 30 - 40 £ per hour.

We are seeking specialist Contractor / Limited Company Licensed Aircraft Engineers to provide engineering maintenance services in support of short‐term operational requirements across our Aberdeen and Falklands operations. Engagements will be for an initial 3‐month contract, with the potential for further extensions subject to ongoing operational demand. Contractors will deliver services in accordance with Bristow standards. The Contractor will liaise with the Chief Engineer and relevant operational representatives to agree priorities, scope, and technical requirements. This engagement does not involve line management responsibilities and does not form part of the Company’s established employee workforce.

Scope of Services:

  • Perform and certify aircraft maintenance activities, including Scheduled Maintenance Inspections, MODs, and defect rectification;
  • Ensure continued airworthiness in accordance with CAA regulations, approved maintenance procedures, and contractual requirements;
  • Issue certifications within the scope;
  • Notify the Company of any incidents, quality concerns, or compliance issues identified during the delivery of services.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications

  • CAA B1.3 and/or B2 Licence;

Experience

  • Demonstrable and recent experience on AW189 and/or S92 aircraft types (essential);
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability while complying with regulatory and safety obligations.

Commercial Terms

A competitive hourly rate is offered for these outside IR35 contract engagements. Contractors will provide their services via their own limited company.
