We currently have a great opportunity to join our HR team at a really exciting time for our growing business. The Bristow and Sutor Group of companies is a leader in the debt resolution sector, operating for over 40 years supporting hundreds of local authorities and Transport for London. We are seeking an HR Resourcing Officer to join our small, busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the HR team and across the B&S Group with the relevant business areas to determine business requirements and priorities for the attraction, selection and retention of our people resource, ensuring the best candidate experience. Job Details
- Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
- Full time 37.5 hours per week.
- 30 days annual leave (22 plus bank hols, with service-related increases)

- Location: This is a hybrid role based at our Redditch office which is close to the M40/M42 motorway network so we are easily accessible from Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with HR business partner(s) and key business and operational stakeholders across the business to understand the required current and future demand for resourcing requirements.
- Work with HR team to create practical recruitment plans from initial advertising through to commencement of employment and probation.
- Ensure that the most appropriate advertising mediums are used to source, attract and assess candidates using a multi-channel recruitment approach.
- Work with newly identified and ongoing existing external partners across a broad range of recruitment and selection providers, including recruitment agencies, job boards, social media and specialists.
- Oversee and deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes, acting as the primary point of contact for approved vacancies supporting hiring managers and all referred candidates during the recruitment process.
- Post approved vacancies, working with managers to turn around screening of candidates and create suitable shortlists.
- Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process, supported by the hiring manager and wider HR team.
- Work with the wider HR team to oversee and manage the offer process including managing right to work and supporting screening processes.
- Liaise with third parties regarding visas and right to work as appropriate.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new joiners and support the HR team during early probation for new joiners to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure all internal systems and reporting tools are kept up to date relating to candidates to ensure the wider HR team and business adopt a data centric approach to shape a timely and cost-effective service that delivers demonstrable value to the business and that we can utilise reports and MI to show transparency of service and a positive impact on people related KPI’s.
- Maintain and report on key metrics across the recruitment cycle to feed into wider reporting and analytics.
- Ensure legal, GDPR and internal people policies and processes and reporting are compliant across the business to ensure consistency and minimise business risk.
- Ensure company processes, policies and documentation in respect of all resourcing activity are maintained and adhered to undertake ad hoc project work as provided by the business.
- Maintenance and update of relevant HR/resourcing platforms and software (to include Cezanne, Breezy HR and specific excel spreadsheets).

- Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel, with a good understanding of HR systems.
- Data driven with the ability to extract and report on KPI/key information.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to juggle conflicting priorities whilst working at pace.
- Experience of using HR information systems/Applicant tracking systems.
