About the Team and Role
We are seeking an experienced enforcement manager with excellent leadership skills who will be part of a larger team of managers that form the Enforcement Department Management team.
You will be responsible for the performance and management of a team of Enforcement Agents, ensuring that the department\'s compliance and collections rates are met along with business and client expectations.

Full time 42 hours per week, over 5 days, covering Monday to Sunday, late & early shifts will be required & you will be required to work one day on a weekend per month.
