The predicted salary is between 32000 - 32000 £ per year.

You will work alongside other Team Leaders located in various parts of the country. You will be responsible for the supervision of the department to ensure agents meet KPI measures and achieve targets. You must deliver daily expectations to agents by managing targets and supervising workloads. You will also be expected to report on KPI’s within the department to the Operations Manager providing insight and information as required.

Completing all administrative documentation for the department including RTWs, rotas and quality checks. Provide coaching, additional training and ongoing support to existing staff as necessary to support changes and improvements. Support with recruitment, induction and training of employees including performance management of agents. Identify skill sets and understand the requirements of the department and identify skill gaps. Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments and system changes. Incentivise, motivate, guide, and lead the department.

The position offers a salary of 32k P/A. Hours of work – Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, the ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours and be looking for a challenging friendly environment to work in.
