We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Box Office Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our Box Office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Box Office Managers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming ticketing service for all visitors. Your experience in a supervisory Box Office position, along with your expertise in ticketing systems, will be crucial as you help drive sales, optimise processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams such as programming and marketing, as well as external promoters, to ensure we meet the demands of our busy music venue.
