We are recruiting a professional and friendly Receptionist on a permanent, full-time basis to provide front-of-house and administrative support. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional experience for visitors, callers, and colleagues.
Key Duties:- Acting as first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls
- Managing visitor sign-in procedures and meeting room bookings
- Answering and directing calls and emails
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Reliable and punctual
