We’re looking for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual to support our sales team and manage customer retention across our B2B client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales cycle, including documentation, contracts and onboarding handovers
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and TPI partners, handling queries and ensuring excellent service
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and produce sales reports and forecasts
  • Provide administrative support across sales, contracts and commission processing
  • Manage customer renewals, reduce churn and conduct retention activity
  • Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and handle customer accounts proactively
