Job Role
As a Customer Leakage Administrator, you'll provide key administrative support to our Leakage Delivery Team, helping ensure work is planned, coordinated and delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing customer and operational workflows through shared inboxes and company systems.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting the planning and scheduling of field-based leakage teams.
- Creating and maintaining accurate work records, reports and case histories.
- Raising purchase orders and processing supplier transactions.
- Coordinating team diaries, meetings, training schedules and operational activities.
- Producing performance reports and supporting service delivery targets.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Essential Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or office-based role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good IT skills and experience using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable
- Experience supporting operational or field-based teams.
- Experience with scheduling, workflow management or utilities operations.
- Knowledge of purchase ordering and administrative financial processes.
Mandatory DBS check is required as part of the onboarding process.
