As a Water Hygiene Technician you will carry out legionella control tasks for customers, including temperature checks, water system dosing, shower head and TMV servicing, and other water hygiene work across most sites in the South of England.
Responsibilities- Perform regular temperature checks, flushing, sampling, and record keeping for customers’ properties and sites.
- Clean and disinfect hot and cold‑water systems and cooling systems.
- Service and maintain TMVs and shower heads.
- Diagnose faults on customer sites, implement corrective actions and achieve first‑time fixes.
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to plan, complete, and log jobs efficiently.
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues to meet contract requirements.
- Ability to raise missed tasks and compliance issues promptly.
- GCSE (A–C) or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing desirable.
- Water hygiene knowledge desirable; training provided.
- Full UK driving licence required.
