Aquacare is a specialist water hygiene and commercial heating provider offering expert assistance to businesses of all sizes. We help businesses build and maintain compliant Legionella control systems and modern heating plant rooms, resulting in long-standing high-quality relationships.

As our Water Hygiene Technician, you will be carrying out legionella control tasks for our customers, including:

  • Undertaking regular temperature checks, flushing, sampling monitoring, and keeping records on customers’ properties and sites.
  • Undertaking more complex cleaning and disinfecting of hot and cold-water systems and cooling systems.
  • Undertaking TMV and Shower Heads Servicing and maintenance.
  • Undertaking fault finding on customer sites where issues are identified and implementing corrective actions to enable a first-time fix.
  • Working with the scheduling team to ensure all jobs are efficiently planned and completed.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure all on-site contract requirements are met.
  • Escalating any missed tasks and compliance issues in a timely fashion.
  • Educated to GCSE, grade A-C or equivalent.
  • Proven exceptional customer service skills.
  • Level 2 NVQ Plumbing is desirable.
  • Water Hygiene knowledge is desirable; however, no previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
