The Role
To generate revenue through effective outbound and inbound sales activity, focusing on lower‑value commercial services such as one‑off collections, small recurring contracts, and ad‑hoc customer requests. The Telesales Executive provides high‑quality customer service, converts enquiries into sales, and supports the wider Commercial Team by delivering consistent, efficient, and customer‑focused sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to generate new low‑value business opportunities and convert leads into paying customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and online enquiries, providing accurate information and converting requests into confirmed sales.
- Build a steady pipeline of smaller opportunities, ensuring disciplined follow‑up and strong conversion rates.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, ensuring each customer receives clear pricing, accurate information, and a smooth sales experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system, including call notes, lead status, and conversion outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional services where appropriate.
