SALARY:£43,500.00 per annum(pro-rota) – + £2500 retention bonus paid after completion of probationary period (pro-rata)

Purpose of the role:
To provide efficient and effective high-quality vehicle maintenance and support to all employees of the workshop
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure fleet compliance records and workshop reports are completed correctly in date and efficiently retained.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions.
- Ensure vehicles comply with statutory legislation.
- Ensure Brand image is of high standard.
- Trouble shooting breakdowns.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Contain costs.
- Evaluate service and parts options.
- Ensure facilities are secure
Essential Requirements and Qualifications for the Role:
- Qualifications in vehicle maintenance – G&G level 2/ IRTEC/ Manufacturer or demonstrable ‘qualified by experience
- Working knowledge of the vehicle repair industry
- Practical experience in maintaining commercial vehicles
- Ability to work with Job Cards.
- Hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK
- To be able to attend training on related products
