The Role
To drive revenue growth through proactive, targeted outbound sales activity, securing commercial contracts and building a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities. The role focuses on engaging new B2B customers, understanding client needs, and converting opportunities into commercially valuable, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within defined sectors and customer groups
- Generate, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline, focusing on higher-value opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Build compelling, customer-focused value propositions that align with business needs
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed frameworks
- Deliver against individual revenue targets and growth objectives
- Use CRM systems effectively to track pipeline, forecast performance, and drive insight-led activity
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers to build trust and credibility
