Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for experiened Humanities Teachers based in CLifton, Bristol.
The role involves planning and delivering engaging A Level humanities lessons (such as Economics,
Geography, History, Law and Politics and related subjects), adapting teaching to individual student needs and different exam board specifications.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and resources, setting and marking assignments, providing regular feedback, and supporting learners with exam preparation and resits.
Teachers will collaborate with college staff to ensure curriculum coverage, track student progress, contribute to reports, and maintain clear communication with students and, where appropriate, parents or guardians.
The role also includes participating in departmental meetings and adhering to the college’s policies on safeguarding, assessment, and quality assurance.
Qualifications

Lesson Planning skills tailored to A Level humanities.
