We’re on the lookout for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Senior Enterprise Coordinator to take the lead in our university apparel shop! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and have a passion for retail and events, this role is for you. Based in our on-campus shop at The Richmond Building, you’ll oversee operations across our online store, physical shop, and bespoke orders for clubs, societies, and university departments.

The grade range for this role is £30,095 to £34,368 FTE and pay can progress annually through the band in line with our pay and reward policy. Contract: 12 months Fixed Term.

You’ll have experience in retail and event coordination within fast-paced environments—ideally with a background in managing both online and physical store operations.

  • You’re a skilled communicator and leader who can inspire teams, solve problems proactively, and integrate creative marketing strategies into everyday operations.
