- Community & Brand Engagement
- Develop and deliver community engagement initiatives that strengthen the Club’s local presence and grow the next generation of supporters.
- Ensure the Club’s brand is represented consistently and positively across all touchpoints.
- Act as the key marketing liaison with Mercury13, supporting the rollout of portfolio-wide concepts, campaigns, and best practices.
- Adapt and localise central initiatives to ensure relevance and impact for the Club’s specific fanbase and market.
- Leadership & Delivery
- Lead marketing planning and campaign execution end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial colleagues, football, operations, and external partners to deliver shared objectives.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, and freelancers as required.
